Looking for a 1950’s-1970’s Rare performance part offered by Lucas. These coils appeared in the MG Mitten & Bakers World catalogs and ads and are now extremely rare find. Especially NEW. Some may remember leafing through your Road and Track looking at cars and accessories when in high school. We have been selling and restoring British sports Cars from the early 1970’s. These coils can be used on most models up until Lucas introduced the OPUS system. Many vehicle have had these systems removed because of early failure. However we must rely on you to determine if this coil is what you require.

We had these Coils in our showroom display case. They are brand new never installed. We have many rare hard to find British sports car parts.

This is an extremely rare coil. Usually they are only available used in poor condition and incomplete . This coil has the cone retaining nut at the coil to cap wire.
